Designed by  Olin Lewis Warner. Chief Engraver Charles E. Barber engraved the obverse while  Assistant Engraver George T. Morgan engraved the reverse. Mintages: 1892 - 950.000, 1893 - 1,550,405.

Designed by Chief Engraver Charles E. Barber for the Board of Lady Managers. Original designers was Caroline Peddle, hired by the Board of Lady Managers. Her designs were unacceptable so Kenyon Cox sketched it and Charles Barber engraved it. 24,214 coins were struck.
